Event Hire

The Lucan Pavilion is a delightful facility for use as a sports and social club. It has a licensed bar for its Members and their Guests. It has a large car park and good sports facilities. In good weather, the bar extends out onto an enclosed patio. Friday nights is reserved for Local People. We do allow a number of  bookings each month for Private Functions. New members will be made very welcome.

Children’s Parties, Christenings and Baby Showers

• Usually on a Sunday, for a maximum of 4 hours between midday and 6pm

• For events up to 35 people, we charge £160, to include one bar assistant for serving drinks from the bar at attractive membership prices.

• Food is not provided, but it can be contracted with separate suppliers.

• Access is allowed to the premises, prior to the event, for setting-up at £25 per hour.

 

Anniversary and Birthday Parties

• Usually held on a Saturday between 6:30 pm and 11:00 pm

• For events up to 35 people, we charge £160, to include one bar assistant for serving drinks.

• For events up to 60 people, we charge £250 to include two bar assistants for serving drinks.

• Food is not provided, but it can be contracted with separate suppliers.

• Access is allowed to the premises, prior to the event, for setting-up at £25 per hour.

Usually held on a weekday.

Sports Facilities

The Laleham Recreation Ground has a full-size football pitch together with a number of youth-size pitches. The Pavilion has good changing room facilities, for both the home and away teams, as well as a referee’s room. These pitches are fully booked for the coming season. An all-weather cricket pitch is available for games, although it probably needs a bit of attention.

​Important Information

• We do not host teenage, 21 year-old, or wedding parties.

• Our alcohol license is for Members and their Guests only. Any non-Member who wish to book the facility, needs to complete a Membership Application form prior to having a booking confirmed. This should not be seen as an obstacle.

• Our alcohol license limits events finishing at certain times. On weekdays and Saturdays, our Guests must be out of the premises by 11 pm.

• Each booking must have a nominated person, who takes full responsibility for the booking.

• Bookings can be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £50, with the balance being paid at least 3 days before the event.
